In a decision dated 21 October 2025, the Commercial Court of Nanterre ordered a supplier to pay €3.7 million to its distributor, represented by the firm.
The Court upheld the distributor’s decision to terminate, with immediate effect, an exclusive distribution agreement concluded with its supplier. It found that certification of the products on the Chinese market had become impossible as a result of the supplier’s failure to comply with its obligations of cooperation and diligence during the product registration process.
