Attorney at the Paris Bar, Benoît holds a Master 2 in business law from the Faculty of Law and Political Science of Nantes (France).

After working in the legal departments of international groups as an inhouse counsel (Bureau Veritas, Holcim US), he then practiced as a lawyer in the corporate law department of Oratio Avocats and then Hoche Avocats, before joining GÉRY DEMARD LIN & PARTNERS.
